Two more arrested, accused of helping escaped inmates

Two more people have been arrested and accused of assisting inmates who escaped Orleans Parish Jail last Friday.

Court documents show Lenton Vanburen Sr. and Angel McKey were arrested and charged with accessories after the fact.

Vanburen Sr. was also charged with theft.

He is being held on a $1,002,500 bond and McKey is being held on a $1 million bond.

Another man, Emmitt Weber was arrested Friday night by New Orleans Police and is also being held on a $1 million bond.

An inmate inside the Orleans Parish Jail was arrested Friday evening, accused of helping the 10 inmates escape.

Trevon Williams is being charged with 10 counts of principal to simple escape and being held on a $2.5 million bond.

As of Saturday, nine people have been arrested, accused of helping inmates who escaped.
